"Scrubs" and "Grey's Anatomy": Something to Look For

Has anyone else noticed that most of the illnesses dealt with on Scrubs (a comedy) are serious, while the ones on Grey's Anatomy (a drama) tend to be jokey?

I don't care what they talk about on Grey's Anatomy as long as I get my Dempsey fix.

yes, it is jokey, but i really enjoy the show, even if meredith looks like she's on oxygen diet (way to skinny!)

Scrubs= most underrated show on network tv

Ah, Dr. McDreamy! What would the show be without him? Nothing, that is the answer. But the illnesses...you would be surprised at how many people come into a hospital with ridiculous things. How about that open heart surgery in the elevator though? That was hard core...

Grey's Anatomy is great, but Ellen Pompeo needs a few sandwiches force fed to her. It's getting scary. She was thin in Old School, but not like this. She's approaching Nicole Richie's Bobblehead status.

I too have a thing for Patrick Dempsey. I have been following him ever since one of the greatest love stories of all time was made, Can't Buy me Love. I even watched him when he allowed a virul-infected monkey to cause and "outbreak". Getting down on one knee to propose to Reese wasn't bad either. But there is nothing that compares to Dr. McDreamy when he explained to Meredith when their last kiss was.... LOVE IT!

Yes, I love Greys Anatomy even though I have been a fan of Scrubs too. Thats whats so great about Greys Anatomy. Its a serious show but usually you find yourself laughing at least once per episode.

I was browsing IMDB, as I so often do, and I was reading Tom Hank's page. It says that he was a bomb squad technician in the Grey's Anatomy episode, As We Know it. Check for yourself! Is this true?! Because if it is, I totally missed him!!

i read this magazine article, with some pretty reliable sources, that said that ellen pompeo (meredith on g.a.) eats about twice as much every day as doctors recommend for people who weigh 40 lbs more than her. her dietician said that he has to keep feeding her heavy, buttery, fatty things every single hour while she's working or she'll run out of energy. i think she just really has a crazy metabolism, not anorexia.
