No Doubt he should be in re-hab...Drunk-Ass should of been in a long time ago...IMHO..........If he wasn't wearing so much make-up to appear on tv, then you'd be able to see all the broken cappillaries in his face, especially around his nose area. Which is caused from too much alcohol..........
