Equals = The potential best show to hit the air since NBC's "Inside Schwartz."  The only thing it's missing is Ian Ziering. Who wouldn't watch that??

Well, you are right HR. I came here after a hard day at work and no funny banter anywhere in sight. Too bad BWE doesn't have anyone left.

I miss Terd Ferguson.

I say we throw all the teenage "Sex Symbols" from the last 30 years, I mean all of them from that dreamy David Casidy to hot Justin Timberlake, and just put 'em on TV and let 'em go. I bet that would be considered a high quality, Hollywood show. No scripts just them sitting around doing nothing but scratching their asses. Why does Hollywood insist on taking successful British shows, "The Office", and think they can do it better. We had a name for that when I was growing up, it's called Copy Cat!

Paul Giamatti is a genius!!!

There is more sugar and sweetness to this show than a Twinkie jumbo pack.
or
It kind of funny that they put a white guy that pretended to be black on a show with a guy with latin roots that always plays the whitest characters.

Posted by: dlesmore | Mar 23, 2005 8:31:25 PM

Good point, dlesmore. Why can't they just get a real, unknown, black guy and a real hispanic? Why does Hollywood keep bringing out known people and place them in these tired, overdone stories? I mean they could save a lot of money by trying unknowns and paying them a little money and trying something radical. My point about the office is that the BBC did just that, so why can't we try and come up with our own, original Office? Whay can't we take chances? Are we so big that there's no one out there willing to try and fail? If so, we have failed.

Sorry, guys, I love original, creative people and they've all left Hollywood.

Now all you need is a has been to do the music. SO I hope they call Andrew Ridgely (the other half of WHAM) and have him do the theme song! Awesome!! *GAG*

That horrible wheezing is the sound of this place dying after almost all of the funny regular posters split...

Shel, Flutterby, Annonymous....I'm glad they're gone.

Posted by: thisblows | Mar 24, 2005 3:23:29 PM

Interesting comment, 'thisblows'...

Why? Just curious -- I think I can figure out your reasons; just want to know if I'm right.

Now that you have your wish, I hope you can liven up the place, 'cus this place has become very boring, very quickly... no offense.
